Return Policy

Our Return Window

We want you to love every product you purchase from Vita Rise. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

2. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Pack your items securely in their original packaging and ship them back to us.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take an additional 3-10 days to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Opened or used skincare and beauty products

- Face masks that have been opened

- Makeup products that have been used or tested

- Sale or clearance items (final sale)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped in error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
